    Refunds Policy for Online Paid:

    Return & Exchange Policy:

    All products purchased from alnoortradersgrw.com store can be return & exchanged within 7 days only if:

    The item is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

    The item does not match the original specification of the product or is different from the product you had order placed

    Within 7 days of the delivery date of all products except fans products, you have the option to exchange an item with other one. Please be aware that both the shipment costs for returning the item and shipping costs for redelivering the exchanged item will be covered by the customer.

    In case of product replacement within the warranty period, if the product is out of stock (color/variant), an alternate product with equivalent price will be offered, and warranty will continue as per the previous product purchase date.

    Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered is defective, has missing accessories or has physical damage within 24 hours of receipt. If after physical examination no issue is found with the product, the same unit will be dispatched back to the customer.

    • If Original packing of product will be damage,
    • E-purchasing invoice reference is required to be presented for availing warranty services.
    • Customer is not happy with the look & feel or minor differences in shades or color of a defect-free product.
    • Physical damage not reported within 24 hours.
    • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
    • In case of any damage due to customer miss handling, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse detected.
    • Accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the appliances, or the device subjected to extreme temperatures.
    • Wear and tear occurring due to regular usage of the device.
