- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp / Email / Phone
- Provide:
- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return (with pictures if damaged)
- Our team will review and guide you further
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refund method:
- Bank transfer
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash
- Original payment method (if applicable)
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item delivered
✔ Exchange is subject to stock availability
5. Shipping Costs
- If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item) → We cover shipping cost
- If customer changes mind → Customer pays return shipping
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Product is used or installed
- Damage caused by improper handling
- Return request made after 7 days
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
