Important Policy Notice:
To ensure compliance with our return and warranty policies, customers are required to record a video while unboxing the product at the time of delivery. This video will serve as proof of the product’s condition upon arrival and will be necessary for any claims related to damages, discrepancies, or other issues. Please make sure to keep this video until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

AL Noor Traders Warranty Guidelines:
This is your personal warranty form AL Noor Traders. And cannot transferred to any other. It is claimable only for actual buyer subject to purchase of product from alnoortradersgrw.com.
Parts Warranty:
In case of any technical issue within (1) year free of cost repairing shall be done with new or used parts (this facility is valid for one time only)
Warranty Details as Under:
- Warranty card should be filled correctly & proper. Incomplete, cancelled or altered warranty card shall not be considered valid.
- Warranty shall be considered void, if the product is repaired from a workshop other than AL Noor customer care center or contract workshop.
- In case of fluctuations, low quality wiring and generator supply short circuit overload, carelessness, natural disaster, accident and product replacement, warranty shall also be considered ineffective.
- In case of inappropriate use of product and violation of manual book, warranty shall stand ineffective
- In case of damage due to rats biting, warranty shall be considered void
- Delivery & visit charges shall be borne by the customer. (there will be no visit charges within (1) year from the date of purchase)
- In case of use on trading basis, warranty shall stand ineffective.
Warranty terms & conditions:
- In case of any dispute, legal proceedings shall be held in courts under the jurisdiction of Gujranwala.
- The company shall not be responsible for any physical / financial loss due to product usage.
- Part of old model products or repairing shall be subjected to availability of stock.

Warranty terms & conditions:
- This is your personal warranty from AL Noor Traders. and cannot be transferred to any other. It is claimable only for the actual buyer subject to the purchase of the product from the Authorized Dealer, AL Noor Traders Display, or Official website (alnoortradersgrw.com).
- Warranty card should be filled correctly & properly. Dealer stamp and signature are necessary. Incomplete, canceled, or altered warranty cards shall not be considered valid.
- AL Noor Traders AC-220V fan motor warranty is (03) years. (except plastic fans).
- In case of any technical issue in the motor, it shall be replaced with a new or used motor (this facility is valid for one time only and only the motor will be changed).
- Motor warranty of AC-DC or 30W inverter fan is (05) years from the date of purchase.
- Warranty of PCB kit is (03) years.
- Warranty is not applicable on those parts or motors damaged by voltage fluctuation.
- Warranty is not valid on those fans that are damaged or burnt due to wrong connection or installation.
- The company is not responsible for those damages done due to the use of low-quality or bigger-number capacitors, and the warranty shall stand ineffective.
- All expenses are borne by the customer on the change of fan from Dealers, Distributors, company display, or official website.
- There is no warranty on damages to any part of the fan.
- Don’t use the fan regulator or dimmer on remote-operated fans.
- Warranty shall be considered void in case of accidental damages, if the product is repaired by the buyer himself, or from a workshop other than AL Noor Traders Customer Care Center or Contract Workshop.
- There is no warranty on those fans that are burnt due to water, except for Ceiling fans (waterproof).
- Warranty is not applicable on the body or parts of plastic fans including Exhaust fans, louver fans, etc.
- In case of any dispute, legal proceedings shall be held in courts under the jurisdiction of Gujranwala.
- The Company shall not be responsible for any physical/financial loss due to product usage.

Out of Warranty:
If a product that is out of warranty reflects a technical issue & customer wants to avail the services, the customer must incur a certain amount of charges. In case the product is irreparable, the same product will be returned back to the customer.
